Overview

PEAKS-ECO's PEZT air separator can be used to remove debris of 0-100mm from the material stream. The material to be removed is going through the feed conveyor to the folding inlet, where the material falls through the upward flow of air and separation occurs, that is, light and heavy separation. The material to be purified is fed into the folding system through a variable speed rotary valve. Falling material is going down a series of zigzag baffles, ensuring effective debris removal and collection of debris by a material separator for further treatment.
