Overview

Through the change of gap and shaft diameter, the material conveying space is continuously reduced in the screw press, and the material's volume is continuously compressed. In the process of dehydration, the rotation of the spiral shaft produces the internal pressing force. Under high internal pressure, water is extruded through the screen plate outside, other materials is retained in the screen. The retained materials is used for subsequent incineration treatment, and the extruded liquid is used for anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas.
