Qingdao Xiaojianxi Kitchen Waste Treatment Project

Qingdao Xiaojianxi Biochemical Treatment Plant is located to the north of Xiaojianxi village, Hetao, Qingdao High-tech Zone, and covers an area of about 3.27 hectares in the Xiaojianxi Solid Waste Treatment Park. The service areas include Qingdao's Shinan District, Shibei District, Laoshan District, Licang District, Chengyang District, and the High-tech District. The project deals with kitchen waste, with a daily capacity of 500 tons, the daily biogas output is 32,472 cubic meters, and the annual power generation is 12 million kWh.


The project adopts the process of "pretreatment & anaerobic digestion". The process system of the whole plant includes kitchen waste pretreatment system, dry anaerobic and dehydration system, biogas purification and storage system, biogas boiler and heat exchange system, biogas power generation system, biogas residue drying system, deodorization system, etc.
